REFUND POLICY

Returns
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. The following conditions must be met:

  • The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident — damage due to negligent handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to start the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photos of the product in case of damage
  • Customer's first and last name
  • Customer's address

We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the package back to the sender — we will send you the correct address after you submit your request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received or accepted the last item. Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to stop the shipping process until delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (David & Daniel) with a clear statement (for example, via email to info@davidanddaniel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Packages in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then ship them back to us. You can, however, inform us in advance of your wish to cancel. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction — you will not be charged any fee for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
